Western Lady IV (formaly rml526) ex coastal forces vessel.
A unique opportunity to stay aboard a ww2 vessel.

Now fully seaworthy and refitted 2010 season will see her moored in one of her wartime ports millbrook plymouth her berth is tidal . Access to her is via 200 feet of floating pontoon during high tide from the pontoon there is 7 steps to gain the height of her gang plank.

Millbrook is located on the 'Rame Penisular Cornwall' also known as "Cornwalls Forgotten Corner"

Western Lady IV is privately owned by Tony and Kim Medri who live aboard all year round and form her crew.

She is a working vessel so there are lots of day to day chores of which you can join in with or just relax on her decks, or if you prefer use her as a base to explore south east cornwall.

Winter accommodation comprises of one double berth (sleeping in a double bunk in private cabin) the use of a fully fitted bathroom. Relax in the evening with her owners in the forward mess (lounge)

Summer allows for her aft accommodation to be used (the aft officers mess) providing private access via companionway entrance on deck down a steep ladder double bed with ample room for hammocks if there are younger visitors.


Toilet, shower, wash basin, tv, tea and coffee making facilities totally private.

Remember she is a war time vessel so don't expect the luxuries of a modern hotel ,experience what it was like to live aboard a fighting coastal forces ship.

Prices on bed and breakfast basis £60.00 per person per night (evening meal optional extra charge)

Bedding supplied (please bring you own towels).

During 2010 she will be making various short trips around Plymouth Sound and attending historic events ,you may be lucky and be staying with us and offered the opportunity to be a guest on one of these trips contacts us for details.

Upon arrival after a tea or coffee you will receive a safety brief you are then free to enjoy you stay we look forward to seeing you.
